Worship is about God––the wonder of who God is, the blessedness of God’s grace in our lives, and how God is making us part of his life. In worship we sing with contemporary and traditional music, listen for how God is speaking through the Bible, pray for each other and the world, and commit to living together in Jesus.
Sunday School for Adults and Youth
The 9:30 hour is a time of learning for all ages. Children ages preschool through 5th grade and youth 6th grade and older attend their respective Sunday school classes on the lower level. Adults gather weekly for Sunday school in the library on the lower level.
Families worship together beginning with music and praise. All children remain in Worship for approximately 15 minutes.
Service music combines traditional hymns and contemporary praise songs incorporating organ, piano, keyboard, guitar and drum. Our adult choir provides beautiful arrangements of familiar as well as newer songs. The praise team offers contemporary Christian songs. The congregation also enjoys occasional contributions by our enthusiastic children's chorus. Each of these music groups welcomes new members at any time.
After an age-appropriate children’s message is shared, children ages preschool through 2nd grade may choose to be escorted to Creative Play class for a lesson and refreshments. If parents prefer, children may remain in the sanctuary with adult supervision for the entire worship experience.
We invite you to enjoy coffee and conversation in the Fellowship Hall immediately following worship.
Hearing and vision aids are available – just ask an usher for assistance.
Once a month June through August, we enjoy outdoor worship in our beautiful pavilion.
